SERCO OFFICE RENOVATION, KAPOLEI, HI

Under a design build partnership with Swinerton Contractors, CHB Architects was selected as the architect of record to provide design services to fully remodel the existing  Serco offices in Kapolei HI.  The $1.0 million dollar remodel included new interior partitions, finishes, ceiling modifications and warehouse HVAC.
