100 Multi-family Townhomes for Habitat for Humanity – Phoenix & Surprise, AZ

CHB Architects, in partnership with Chamberlain Architects, is honored to be selected for the design of 100 townhomes across two sites in Phoenix and Surprise, Arizona. This ambitious urban infill project addresses the critical need for affordable housing in both communities, offering thoughtfully designed three- and four-bedroom units.

As a prototype for Habitat for Humanity, this innovative development introduces a unique model, allowing tenants to invest in their housing and be reimbursed for rental payments made during their residency. This initiative supports long-term financial stability and empowers residents to build equity while fostering a sense of community.

We are proud to contribute to this transformative project, which reflects our commitment to creating accessible and impactful housing solutions. Construction is scheduled to begin in mid-2025.
